Meet You at the Bay: A Transformative, Healing, and Experiential Retreat for Therapists

This exclusive retreat is designed for a select group of up to 30 therapists, ensuring a personalized and intimate learning environment. It's ideal for professionals who are EMDR trained and have some familiarity with Internal Family Systems (IFS), though completion of formal IFS Level 1 training is not a prerequisite.

Our retreat is suited for therapists eager to explore and understand how their parts influence their personal lives and professional practice. Participants will have the opportunity to engage deeply with the IFS model to enrich their understanding of the self and enhance their therapeutic skills. This experiential learning environment provides a chance to recharge and reflect and equips therapists with practical insights and techniques that can be directly applied to client work.

  • Workbook Journal: Throughout the retreat, you will engage with a carefully designed workbook that features explorative prompts, activities, and spaces for personal notes. The workbook also includes a parts log to track and understand various parts of your system.

  • Creative Expression: Experiment with different ways to externalize and work with parts through mind mapping, parts art, and journaling.

  • Comprehensive Retreat Materials: Receive exclusive access to all retreat materials, including a detailed workbook filled with exercises and information.

  • Full Program Access: Participate in all scheduled sessions, including educational blocks, experiential activities, yoga, and meditation practices.

  • 17 Continuing Education (CE) Units: Accredited by the NBCC, these units apply to your professional development and certification requirements.

  • Daily Lunch: Enjoy a variety of healthy and delicious lunch options each day, catered to provide energy and nourishment throughout the retreat. The cost of lunch is included in your retreat fee. Each lunch provides various options for most dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, and dairy-free.

  • Refreshments: Complimentary drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day to keep you hydrated and focused.

  • Accommodation: Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their hotel rooms at the Paradise Point Resort. We have arranged for a special group rate of $249 per night for a wonderfully appointed single-story room, ensuring you have a comfortable stay at a discounted price. Each room is a standalone unit with no shared walls, offering you privacy and comfort at a discounted price, ensuring a serene retreat experience.

  • Breakfast and Dinner: Participants are responsible for meals other than the provided lunches. The resort offers multiple dining options catering to various dietary preferences.

  • Travel and Personal Expenses: Each participant is responsible for all travel costs and any additional personal expenses incurred during the retreat.
