Meet You: A Transformative, Healing, and Experiential Retreat for Therapists

Designed exclusively for up to 35 therapists, this retreat offers a personalized and intimate learning environment that thrives on authenticity and acceptance. It's perfect for professionals skilled in EMDR and those familiar with Internal Family Systems (IFS), though complete formal IFS Level 1 training is not necessary. We pride ourselves on creating a down-to-earth atmosphere where humor and lightheartedness are woven into serious learning. Neurodivergent therapists and those at varying stages of their professional journey often find a deep sense of belonging and acceptance within our courses. By sharing our lived experiences, we teach and embody the therapeutic principles we discuss, fostering a fun, engaging, and supportive setting where everyone can feel at ease.

Purposeful Learning and Personal Growth

Participants will immerse themselves in the IFS model, enhancing their comprehension of the Self and boosting therapeutic capabilities. This retreat isn't just an educational opportunity; it's a chance to recharge, reflect, and acquire practical techniques directly applicable to client work.
